Brambuk Aboriginal Cultural Centre
Where past meets present, Brambuk Cultural Centre is a unique place just 2.5km’s from Halls Gap, situated in Gariwerd, the local name for the Grampians National Park. With a distinctive architecture, the centre has been designed to blend into the surrounding country.
Reflect on the past, consider the present and look to the future as you learn about the culture of the Koorie communities of South Western Victoria through multimedia presentations, exhibitions, displays, cultural talks and activities. Guided tours are also available to view rock art sites and experience, and taste, the nature trail. Holiday, group and school programs are available.
Brambuk Gift Shop offers a unique selection of authentic local and interstate Koorie art and crafts including didgeridoos, ceramics, books, paintings, boomerangs, music, etc. The Bush Tucker Café is licensed and serves delicious bush tucker meals and snacks.
