Worn Gundidj - Tower Hill

Tower Hill was declared Victoria’s first National Park in 1892 and inside the crater of this dormant volcano is a natural wildlife haven, fascinating ecological site and showcase for Aboriginal history that includes bush food and medicine sites. The 614 hectares Parks Victoria site is a unique nested-maar formation made up of smaller volcanic cones rising from a lake bed inside a larger crater rim.
